Clarit holds a Business Administration degree from the Universidad del Tolima. She also has a Specialist in Human Resources and Organizational Development and further HR studies in the Escuela de Administración de Negocios - EAN and the Universidad de los Andes. Clarit leads Human Resources strategy for AES Colombia. She worked in human resources in a variety of industry, including consumer goods and education.
