Cristina Cáceres
Operations and Maintenance
Cristina began her work in the maintenance at AES Colombia as an intern. At that time, she was the first and only woman who worked in that area at the Chivor power plant.
Diego Cárdenas
Mechanical Technician
Diego joined the AES team as one of the youngest mechanical technicians on the team. Since 2016, Diego has proven to be a great team member and a tireless worker who carries out his work with determination and high quality standards.
