Federico has an Industrial Engineering degree from the Universidad de Los Andes with an MBA from Harvard Business School. He has worked at AES for more than 15 years in different leadership positions in Colombia and the United States. Previously, he worked as General Manager of Meriléctrica, was Vice President of Investment Banking of Corfinsura, as well as being an alternate member of the Board of Directors of Bancolombia.
