William is a Civil Engineering degree from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. He's grown his career at the company for more than 25 years, starting from the position of resident engineer. During his tenure at AES, William has had the opportunity to work both in the construction and in the operations of the AES plants in Colombia.
